Delivery Fees 

Delivery fees are the amount payable for delivery of the item ordered. Delivery charge varies from item to item and location to location. Delivery charges are shown in your cart while placing your order and will be automatically added to your total amount payable.

Free shipping offer for orders above ₹1999 applies to all states in India except for the following- Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Lashadweep, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura and Uttarakhand. For these states, shipping charges will be estimated at checkout and free delivery is not applicable. This is due to uncontrollable, proportionately higher courier charges for the aforementioned states.

Delivery Processing

Order processing will have an average time of 1 to 4 business days. Following that, delivery time is estimated to be 2 to 10 business days, depending on the location. However, this is subject to change based on a variety of factors such as availability of the product, holidays, delivery location, etc. In such cases you shall be duly informed of the delay in shipping. Please note that business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Unserviceable Areas 

In case your area is unserviceable for delivery, we shall notify you of the same. The order will be mutually cancelled.

If you reside in a location that is unserviceable and still wish to purchase a product, we can find alternative means to deliver it to you. Please contact us should you wish to avail of this option. In such cases the entire cost of delivery shall be borne by you. Details of the cost, estimated delivery time, etc. shall be provided to you accordingly.

International Delivery

For orders outside India, please connect with us via our contact form, email address or customer care number. Cost of delivery is to be borne entirely by the customer in such cases.
